누가, 무엇을 위해
HelloWoongs(YouTube @hellowoongsenglish, Woongs Korean)는 저희 채널을 운영하기 위해 Google API를 사용하는 내부용 프로그램을
운영해요. 이 프로그램은 저희 YouTube 채널과 저희 Gmail 계정에만 접근하며, 일반 사용자가 로그인하는 서비스가 아니에요.
어떤 정보를 다루나요
- YouTube: 저희 채널의 영상 업로드·예약, 재생목록 정리, 그리고 저희 영상에 달린 공개 댓글을 읽고 답글을 다는 데 사용해요.
- 댓글 답글: 공개 댓글의 텍스트와 작성자 표시 이름은 답글 초안을 만들기 위해 Anthropic의 Claude API로 전달될 수 있어요.
그 외의 개인정보(이메일, 연락처 등)는 받지도, 저장하지도 않아요.
- Gmail: 댓글 요약 리포트를 저희 계정으로 보내는 "메일 보내기" 권한만 사용해요. 메일을 읽지 않아요.
보관과 공유
댓글 기록은 리포트를 위해 최대 2주 동안 저희 컴퓨터에만 보관한 뒤 삭제해요. 정보를 판매하거나 광고에 쓰지 않으며,
위에 적은 경우 말고는 누구와도 공유하지 않아요. hellowoongs.com은 방문 통계를 위해 개인을 식별하지 않는 Vercel Web Analytics를 사용해요.
문의 · 삭제 요청
저희 영상에 남긴 댓글은 YouTube에서 언제든 직접 삭제할 수 있어요. 그 밖의 문의는
YouTube 채널로 남겨 주세요.
Who we are and why
HelloWoongs (YouTube @hellowoongsenglish and Woongs Korean) runs an internal tool that uses Google APIs to manage
our own channels. It only accesses our own YouTube channels and our own Gmail account; it is not a service that
other people sign in to.
What data it handles
- YouTube: uploading and scheduling our videos, organizing playlists, and reading and replying to public comments on our videos.
- Comment replies: the text of a public comment and the commenter's display name may be sent to Anthropic's
Claude API to draft a reply. We do not collect any other personal information (such as email addresses).
- Gmail: send-only access, used to email a comment summary to our own address. We never read mail.
Retention and sharing
Comment records are kept on our own computer for up to two weeks for the summary report, then deleted. We do not
sell data or use it for advertising, and we share it with no one beyond what is described above. hellowoongs.com uses
Vercel Web Analytics, which does not identify individual visitors.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements.
Contact and deletion
You can delete a comment you left on our videos at any time on YouTube. For anything else, contact us through our
YouTube channel.
